August 22: Now that we have sold the Irvine house we have moved into Grandma’s old house in Costa Mesa while we are flipping it. Living in the back bedrooms while doing the kitchen/dining room/living room is real fun. Either no electricity or no water or no access and using one of  the bathrooms as a kitchen is just like camping. The hardest part is getting rid of 15 years worth of accumulations. We still have to sell one car, three pieces of big furniture, some windsurfing gear, and then take a whole lot of junk to Goodwill. The leave date is looming!
